Can I book directly?

Yes, you can send an email to recreatie@familyland.nl with the date, number of houses, number of persons etc.

Are the villas Zonnedauw and Kornoulje next to each other?

No, they are not next to each other. Close to each other.

Are there any bungalows or villas adapted for the disabled?

These have not been adjusted. Our Finnish bungalows are wheelchair accessible, however there is a high standing rim in the shower cubicle. On our park there are a number of houses of Stichting het Opkikkertje which have been completely adapted and have the right facilities(www.opkikkertje-hooogerheide.nl)

What time can we check in and out?

You can pick up the keys for your bungalow or villa from 15:00 hours. On the departure you have to leave your bungalow or villa for 10:00 hours. You can still use the park’s facilities for the rest of the day.

Can I park next to the accommodation?

Besides the Villas Zonnedauw is a possibility for parking 2 cars. This is also possible with most Kornoulje. Some Kornouljes are surrounded by a fence, so it is not possible to park the car next to it. The Finnish bungalows do not have a private parking space. You can also not come by car next to the bungalow, but near it for loading and unloading.

Can I reserve on different days (other than in the brochure)?

We only book with arrival and departure on Mondays and Fridays (unless otherwise stated) It is possible to check in on a different day, for example on Saturdays if you have booked a weekend and you are unable to check in on Fridays.

Is there bed linen available in the accommodation?

Sheets are available for the number of persons mentioned on the booking. Costs are calculated for use. These costs are mandatory. Cot linen is not provided.

Are there bath and kitchen textiles available in the accommodation?

Towels are not provided in the bungalows and villas. You need to bring them yourself or you can rent them with us for a fee (reservation required).

Are pets allowed?

1 dog per Villa is allowed. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed In the Finnish bungalows. Caged pets are only allowed in the Finnish bungalows. Cats are not allowed.

Is there a Senseo coffee machine available?

No, our Finnish bungalows and villas have a coffee machine with filter.

Is there a combi microwave or oven present?

No, in our Finnish bungalows there is only a microwave with warm-up function, in some villas there is a combi microwave.
